The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time position based in Wetumka, OK, with standard store hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates and leaders.
• Keep store clean, restock restrooms, sweep and mop floors, take out trash, and keep areas neat.
• Other duties as assigned.
