Dollar Tree seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and keep the store clean and well-stocked while maintaining a safe and friendly environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), prior retail or related experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
