Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and upholding safety and respectful interactions with customers and coworkers. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and benefits are available where offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels, including bathrooms and floors.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and replenishment.
