Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. Duties include assisting customers with questions, managing transactions at the cash register, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and prior retail or service experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position involves lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and trash; keep areas neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
