Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in Shorewood. You will help with merchandising, stocking, and front-end duties while maintaining a clean, welcoming shopping environment for customers.

You will contribute to customer service excellence, teamwork, and accurate cash handling as you switch between front-end tasks and the register. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience preferred
• Follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required
• Strong organizational and communication skills required
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required
• High level of integrity required
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations including merchandising and stocking
• Support cash register operations and front-end duties as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of store, including bathrooms and floors
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers and coworkers
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets
• Handle merchandise receiving and freight processing
• Perform other duties as assigned
