Job summary

Dollar Tree in Crystal, MN is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and presentable.

Responsibilities include answering questions, maintaining cash security, unloading merchandise, and upholding safety and courtesy towards customers and colleagues. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment according to productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
