Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Minnesota (Chaska) is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide friendly, efficient service and maintain store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales at the register, stocking, unloading trucks, and keeping the store clean and safe.

Qualifications include a preferred high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or related customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation and ability to assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Demonstrates ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading and stock replenishment
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff
• Keep store clean and restock bathrooms, floors, trash, and neatness
• Perform other duties as assigned
