Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Crosby, MN is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, handle sales at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store.

This role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and reliability; the position emphasizes friendly interactions, operating hours flexibility, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
