Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Morris, Minnesota team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers, following instructions, handling lifting requirements, and maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.

This part-time role is ideal for someone with prior retail customer service experience who wants to contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
