Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, maintain cash security, stock shelves, and help unload trucks while upholding a clean and safe store environment.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong customer service and communication skills, and the flexibility to perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store (bathrooms, floors, trash, and overall neatness).
• Other duties as assigned.
