Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, maintain cash security, stock merchandise, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean including bathrooms and floors; trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
