Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales at the register, maintaining cash security, stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, and ensuring store cleanliness.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred) and prior retail or service experience. Candidates should be able to lift 30–50 lbs and have strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
