Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience by assisting customers with questions and recommendations. You will manage sales transactions at the cash register and help maintain security of cash and company assets.

You will keep the store well-stocked, assist with unloading trucks, stock replenishment, and ensuring productivity standards. The role requires lifting 30–50 lbs., walking and standing, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment at

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
