Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM is desirable and POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product questions.
• Support floral design process and general store tasks.
• Process sales transactions at the POS and handle payments.
• Help stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and provide excellent customer service during all shifts.
