Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating fresh floral arrangements for everyday occasions, holidays, weddings, and sympathy services.
• Process, condition, and care for fresh flowers and greenery to maintain quality and freshness.
• Help customers in person and over the phone with floral selections, orders, and product recommendations.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions accurately.
• Receive, organize, and restock flowers, plants, gifts, and supplies.
• Prepare arrangements and orders for pickup and delivery.
• Maintain attractive floral displays and ensure the shop is clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with holiday production and other busy seasonal events.
• Work collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding customer service.
