The role requires a willingness to lift 30–50 lbs, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with customers and colleagues. Part-time position with opportunities to contribute to store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a clean, safe and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
