Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, and help keep the store neat, stocked, and safe.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, replenishing inventory, and maintaining a friendly, professional environment for customers and colleagues. Part-time position with opportunities for growth within our retail team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or service experience is advantageous.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
