Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store security and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Maintain a clean and presentable store and restrooms.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and staff.
