This role involves unloading merchandise and contributing to a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff alike. Part-time position requiring reliability, strong communication, and physical stamina to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; recover items on the floor.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
