Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help maintain stock and store cleanliness.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time status applies, with duties including unloading trucks and merchandizing to meet productivity standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, trash, and overall neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
