Job summary

Dollar Tree in San Diego is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash security, unloading merchandise, and ensuring a positive and respectful environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
