Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Milton, Florida location. This part-time role focuses on helping customers, processing transactions, stock replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting shoppers, handling cash, stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, and delivering a positive shopping experience while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
