Family Dollar in Grangeville, Idaho is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle cash register transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

You must communicate well, follow instructions, and work with the team to protect company assets and maintain a safe, respectful environment. This is a part-time position at 370 South E Street, Grangeville, ID 83530, with opportunities to move into additional shifts and roles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and endure walking, standing, and repetitive movements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
