Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Associate in Amherst, OH. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You’ll assist with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the shelves well-merchandised and in-stock. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and can engage customers in the Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards
• Promote Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
• Unload trucks, stock, and maintain planograms (POGs)
