Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with questions, and process sales at the register while keeping the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time positions are available at this Tucson store with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a safe, respectful store environment.
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
