Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support a welcoming shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, keep shelves stocked, and help with receiving merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or service experience. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform cashier duties.
