Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Kentucky LP is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Maysville, KY. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked. You’ll also unload shipments and protect company assets as part of daily operations.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe and respectful environment with customers and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness including bathrooms and floors, restocking as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
