Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Marshalltown location. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, and help unload shipments while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires solid customer service experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. This is a part-time position offering flexible hours and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and good problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store neat and clean, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
