Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Lynn Haven, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, process sales at the register, stock shelves, unload shipments, and keep the store clean and organized while maintaining safety and a friendly attitude.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to interpret operational documents and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked, floors clean, and trash managed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
