Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and you’ll work in a fast-paced store environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Able to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Keep store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and friendly interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness including restrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
