Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. This role requires strong communication and reliability, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
