Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods while maintaining professional interactions with customers and staff. As part-time team members, you will be expected to support merchandising, unload deliveries, and ensure safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
