Family Dollar Stores Of Michigan LLC is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide friendly service and help customers, while processing transactions and keeping the store inviting for shoppers.

You will assist customers, stock shelves, unload shipments, and maintain cleanliness, following store policies. This part-time role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Keep areas neat and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.
