Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience in our Titusville store. You will assist customers, handle cashier duties, and help unload trucks while keeping shelves stocked and merchandise replenished.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and friendly interactions with customers and team members. This is a part-time position in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environments is highly valued.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and support unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, bathrooms, floors, and waste handling.
