The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time shifts may be available, offering opportunities for growth within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at a cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenish as per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness across the store, restocking bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
