Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC in Oklahoma invites you to become a Customer Service Associate, delivering a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, receive deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe store. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred; HS diploma required. This is a part-time on-site role in Oologah, OK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, trash.
• Other duties as assigned
