Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC is seeking a part‑time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will help customers, operate the cash register, and keep the store clean and stocked.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, safety, and efficient merchandising. Part‑time shifts and on‑site work at the Talihina store are available, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Keep store clean, including restrooms; sweep and mop floors; take out trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
