Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Oklahoma LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, safety, and professional conduct while working with customers and team members. This is a part-time position in Midwest City, OK with various benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and restocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
