Job summary

Responsibilities include helping customers, handling cash, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and ensuring overall store presentation. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent movement and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while using the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stocking per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
