Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Audubon, PA to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, and maintain store cleanliness and inventory while working on a cash register and helping unload merchandise.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift between 30 and 50 lbs and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
