Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You’ll assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a safe, clean store environment in a part-time on-site role.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs, with opportunities to grow within a national retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar is highly preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading; stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
