Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, keep the store stocked, unload merchandise, and maintain a clean and safe environment.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and physical stamina to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time and full-time opportunities may exist with a friendly team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at cash register and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and merchandise rotated; unload trucks and restock.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store environment, including bathrooms.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned.
