Job summary

Dollar Tree in Flourtown, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and help shoppers find products.

You will manage sales at the register, assist with stocking, maintain store cleanliness, and protect company assets while delivering friendly, efficient service. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. This part-time role offers flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
