Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate at our Mifflinburg, PA location to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, and handle transactions at the register.

Daily duties include stocking shelves, unloading merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and upholding safety and respectful interactions with customers and teammates. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift 30–50 lbs, and follow store procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Able to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
