Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery or drug store is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow operational instructions and store procedures.

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Handle sales at the cash register and balance cash at end of shift.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves and restrooms.
• Unload trucks and replenish stock according to productivity standards.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
