Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking part-time associates to assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean. You will unload trucks, replenish stock, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
