Qualifications

• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent movement and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks with stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
