Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, replenishing merchandise, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and colleagues. Part-time schedule and ongoing training support success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.
• Capability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at a cash register and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves and merchandise, unload trucks, and restock as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
