Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help operate the store, assist customers, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment. You will cross-train on the cash register and front-end duties as needed, delivering friendly service and efficient transactions.

This part-time role offers opportunities to interact with customers daily, support merchandising and stocking, and contribute to a positive team environment while upholding store standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and keeping areas neat.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
