Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies is seeking team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment in Alexander City, AL. You will engage customers, process sales, returns, and merchandise preparation while supporting store recovery and safety initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail experience is helpful; a flexible schedule is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change back according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures
• Support and participate in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and shrink reduction programs
• Other duties as assigned
